Welcome to the NECIS Swimming Year
ISS Viking NECIS SWIM TEAM 2011
Welcome to the ISS NECIS Swim Team for 2011 and thank you all for your interest!
Our goal is to have fun, improve our swimming and stroke technique, meet new friends and, to have a memorable trip to the pool in Sigtuna, Sweden as part of the ISS, 2011 swimming team!!!
Training sessions will take place at Randaberg Svømmehallen every Tuesday and Friday, starting on January 7th from 15.45 to 17.00. A bus will take us from school to the swimming pool in Randaberg. Pool sessions will last until 5:00pm and parents are asked to pick up their child/children from the swimming pool promptly at 5.00pm.
We understand that some of students will be training with Norwegian swimming clubs and may have a conflict with some training dates. If this is the case please contact Ms Hogarth.
The competition takes place over two days (Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd of April). We will depart on Thursday 31st of March to Sweden and will return on Sunday 3rd of April to Stavanger.
Each student will be allowed to compete in a maximum of SIX events (including relays).
More detailed information regarding the trip/swimming entry forms etc. will be issued as soon as we have received them.
